岑理相

人物经历
1992年起就读于兰州大学物理系，2001年在该校获得理学博士学位，2001年7月起相继在中国科学院半导体研究所与意大利都灵ISIF研究所作为博士后从事研究工作，2005年7月起任四川大学教授。
